Join Lisa Anderson, heart-centered fitness bad-ass and Aimee Ames, Intuitive Coach for midlife women who want to live their best life for a morning of playful release and joy-seeking connection. Lisa will lead us in a 45-minute mindful workout followed by time to connect and nibble on an energizing mini-brunch. Aimee will then guide us in an interactive workshop to learn how adding a few simple morning rituals, of your choosing, to your schedule can change not only your day, but your life.
